As a non-farmer, I'm eager to learn and support in any way that I can. However, I don't think I understand the logistics of planting multiple crops in the same space. How would you go about harvesting without getting mixed with the other crop? I apologize if this was answered already.

Collect America's lawn mower clippings for more cattle, new jobs Don't eat people, if it's time for cabalism it's time for mass suicides They had trying to make viruses to eliminate half the world, they are unsuccessful, I could have done agenda 21 better Soon your cities will be without water, unless you hire people for US currency which costs the same to print as unemployment without a future and pump desalinated water from the ocean into river systems we're being drawn to the sun There's two black holes on the surface, whatever was gravitationally drawn to the core went there, and the overall gravity of the sun increased. Heat pushes clouds causing flooding on other parts of this planet while coronal mass ejection and solar flares from magnetic connections from the sun to the earth are increasing. One day it will arc weld this iron ball if we don't cross elliptical orbit line with the moon. Tell NASA about the moon and a year and a half later they make Moonfall, (they should make Sun Draw) With the moon it'd be a tsunami one way and a volcano the other However, 65 percent of the planet would take a synthetic opioid drink by the 10,000 gallon vat and say thanks, 1/3 off the world is starving to death, 5 percent need bones they can't or don't want to get replaced, 5 percent need organs they can't or don't want to get replaced, 5 percent are terminally ill 5 percent chronic pain, 5-10 percent never wanted to be here anyway, and everyone else will have a peaceful way to go when they want. There's no good way to go, some are 18 and 0 and going through death and not actually dying is not fun, some attempts are violent to go through. Instead of making a euthanasia available to everyone who wants to go they kill .08 percent of the world population in two years. Everyone was the target. I would have helped the 65 percent go 8 yrs ago. They're needs to be a peaceful easy way for everyone when they want to go. Guy saves 1M in state aid, paid 600k in social security, doesn't have to die every day, just gets to leave before suffering. The guy with the kids gets 800 k from Uncle Sam in life insurance he never signed up for and Uncle Sam keeps the other 800k. Free euthanasia. Cut inflation by more than half, more than doubled available resources. Have a job by a company which pays all the taxes and picks up grass clippings M-S to take it to fields now with cows on it, 4x your US cattle with lawn mower clippings from every years, save 2500 on property taxes and make sure your clippings are out in your neighborhood on Tuesdays Pump desalinated water from ocean wave current into river systems ASAP. It costs the same to print unemployment and section 8 as it fits a job with a paycheck that won't even take your house away Dig out 10 ' of river bed and cast and set two 10' pipelines to being Atlantic ocean water to every house, use steam distiller for sale free disinfected water at the kitchen sink, dump waste water into sealed pipelines. It took a turn 2 years to dig out 10' of riverbed, everyone could be back to work working in every town and we'd be at with new infrastructure. Don't put salt in your water, have more salt for more roads in the winter. Use electrolysis for energy from salt water. At the very least, feed rivers with desal water immediately to overcome drought shortages, no problem Make a grass and corn crop that grows in ocean water hybrid with say, oceanic grass root structures, best generic corn crop growing in salt water in Texas and Arizona while you solar desalinate more oxygen and hydrogen into the air in a 24/7/365 grow season with ocean water and no weeds growing in salt water cross, full your swimming pool with ocean water and water your karma with salt water, don't put salt in your what salt water put it in the roads, use a small steam distiller makes it glass and stainless to get disinfected and salt water free water for cooking and drinking, maybe an ocean let for your pool, were have to deal with ocean water rise, how about a Dolphin? A spirit showed me an opioid being administered into an umbilical cord, and one going right to sleep, and what really angers the GODS: a bastard slashing at an unborn baby with a scalpel in a kill womb All will go one place or another The gods will sleep forever if they want, others will never sleep

Is there going to be any work to develop a collective strategy in order to confront the growing, nationwide threat of PFAS contamination on our nation's farmers/farmland? What should new/hopeful farmers look out for to remain as safe as possible from this? How can we help the effort - are there any contacts with whom we can be put in touch to do work on the ground to help farmers in this area?

Start a program where yard and tree trimming is used to make charcoal and compost. Till 24 inches down and add air lines. Then top with compost and drench each month with compost tea adjusted to the need. Repeat the topping of compost each cycle to build up organic soil depths. The injection of air increases oxygen content of soil.

Trump made all farmers a priority. Biden is iffy based on his 47 years of Big Farm love. Why does Communist China own any of our farmland? 140K acres in Iowa alone. Supreme Court said EOs couldn't be removed like Biden just did. Climate change? Research Maurice Strong and CCP. They came up with it.

The IRS previously identified certain syndicated conservation easements as “listed transactions” under Notice 2017-10-specifically, transactions for which investors in pass-through entities receive promotional material offering the possibility of a charitable contribution deduction worth at least two and half times their investment. Today’s release indicates that for many of these transactions, the deduction taken is significantly higher than 250% of the investment. Syndicated Conservation easements were included on the IRS’s 2019 “dirty dozen” list of tax scams to avoid. Contact Lance Wallach before it's too late. 516-236-8440 Wallachinc@gmail.com

On Monday, December 21, 2020, Stein and Corey Agee of Atlanta, Georgia entered guilty pleas in federal court to conspiracy charges related to their roles in syndicated conservation easement transactions. These are the first guilty pleas related to the continuing IRS and Department of Justice criminal investigations across the country pertaining to easement transactions. In December 2017, the IRS issued Notice 2017-10, designating certain syndicated conservation easements as “listed transactions,” which are subject to significant scrutiny. The IRS has since announced syndicated conservation easement transactions as an area of focus for enforcement, by launching a Large Business & International Division (“LB&I”) compliance campaign in September 2018 and by including these transactions on the IRS’s annual “Dirty Dozen” list of tax scams in 2019 and 2020. In November 2019, with IR-2019-182, the IRS announced a “significant increase in enforcement actions,” explaining that coordinated examinations were being conducted by three IRS divisions: LB&I, Small Business & Self-Employed (“SBSE”), and Tax Exempt and Government Entities (“TGE”). The IRS also noted that it was working closely with the Department of Justice to pursue wrongdoers. The IRS explained they would be casting a broad net, pursuing those who promoted, assisted (e.g., appraisers and return prepayers), or participated in the transactions. Increased enforcement has resulted in many IRS victories in conservation easement cases. On October 1, 2020, IRS news release IR-2020-228 emphasized the IRS’s continued efforts to combat abusive syndicated conservation easement transactions. Lance Wallach has received hundreds of phone calls to fight the IRS and sue the promoters of these easement scams. call 516-236-8440. As an expert witness, Lance Wallach has never lost a case. About 84 percent of syndicated easements were in some stage of an IRS audit, according to the finance committee report, Another IRS audit target is captive insurance. The IRS has long taken note of the rise of micro-captive insurance schemes, placing the scheme on the “Dirty Dozen” of tax schemes to avoid every year since 2014. Their investigations have heated up in recent years. Lance Wallach gets hundred of calls, call 516-236-8440 to help fight the IRS and to sue the salesmen that sold people these scams. The IRS released an advance version of Notice 2016-66 that identifies a type of transaction involving a “micro-captive insurance” structure as a “transaction of interest”-i.e., a tax avoidance transaction-for purposes of Reg. section 1.6011-4(b)(6) and sections 6111 and 6112. Notice 2016-66 [PDF 44 KB] states that these “micro-captive transactions” have the potential for tax avoidance or evasion. Taxpayers engaged in these transactions must disclose the transactions. A failure to disclose will be subject to the penalty under section 6707A or section 6707(a). In 2019, the IRS added syndicated conservation easement transactions to its annual "Dirty Dozen" list of tax scams. Lance Wallach has received hundreds of phone calls to fight the IRS, and to get all peoples money back from the promoters that sold these scam tax shelters. Abusive syndicated conservation easement transactions have been of concern to the IRS for several years. “Taxpayers should ignore this nonsense, take an objective look at their cases, and cut their losses,” said IRS chief counsel Mike Desmond in a statement. In typical listed syndicated conservation easement structures, promoters syndicate ownership interests in real property through partnerships, using promotional materials to suggest that prospective investors may be entitled to a share of a conservation easement contribution deduction that equals or exceeds two and one-half times the investment amount. The promoters obtain an appraisal that greatly inflates the value of the conservation easement based on a fictional and unrealistic highest and best use of the property before it was encumbered with the easement. After the investors put money into it, the partnership donates a conservation easement to a land trust. Investors in the partnership then claim a deduction based on an inflated value. The investors typically claim charitable contribution deductions that grossly multiply their actual investment in the transaction and defy common sense. In fact, professional liability experts see conservation easements as spiking the next wave of malpractice claims against accountants and tax preparers. The IRS is disallowing the tax deduction and fineing the taxpayer. Google Lance Wallach and whoever is giving you advice. WHO do you believe?
